Garam Masala is a blend of spices used for range of Indian and Asia cuisines added mostly towards the end of cooking to enhance the flavours of a dish. Back in India almost every traditional households blend their own garam masala. Each one of them have their own mix of spices and gives a distinct flavour. At Anchan's we make our Garam Masala blend with carefully selected spices following the traditional methods using knowledge transferred to us over 4 generations. 
 
At Anchan's we make sure all our spice blends are fresh when it reaches our customers so the blends are alway made in limited quantities and this remains our business model. We believe spice blends are at its best when they are fresh and it gives out its aroma to its fullest as made in traditional Indian homes.
