Chicken Tikka is a dish originating from Indian subcontinent in which small pieces of chicken are marinated with spices and yogurt, threaded onto skewers and then cooked in tandoor or grilled over charcoal. At Anchan’s we have blended the Tikka spice mix to suit different methods of cooking to suit barbecue, tandoor and pan fry. Our recipe card and cooking video gives our customers step by step instructions with useful tips to cook Tikka to perfection.

This is a medium spiced dish, enjoyed on its own or with fresh coriander mint yogurt chutney or with breads/wraps of your choice along with salads.
