Tikka Masala is a rich, creamy, smooth and mildly spiced dish and one of the most liked dish in Britain. Our spice mix and our method of cooking brings out the best of tikka masala and gives this dish a good balance of taste.
This is a medium spiced dish that goes well with Anchan's butter rice, any rice and breads.

For Marination
- 1 kg boneless chicken thigh cut into medium size pieces
- 5 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste or 1"ginger (10 g) and 3 large of garlic cloves (10 g) finely grated.
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp mustard oil (recommended) or any flavourless oil
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
For Sauce
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil or any flavourless oil
- 3 onions medium size finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes medium size blended (200 ml) or 250 ml passata
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste or 2" ginger (20 g) and 5 large garlic cloves (20 g) finely grated
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves finely chopped (optional)
- 120 ml double cream
- 250 ml water
- 1 tsp salt or salt to taste
